We also include your business phone number and SMS compliance setup as part of our process.

How usage is measured

SMS is counted in segments (longer messages can use multiple segments).

Calls are counted in full minutes (partial minutes round up).

If you exceed your included allowances

Additional usage is billed at pass-through cost (what we’re billed). We can enable usage alerts and an optional hard cap to prevent unexpected charges.

Cancellation Policy

Neighborhood Clicks is month-to-month. To cancel, send 30 days written notice by email. Services are discontinued at the end of the billing period in which the notice requirement is fulfilled. If your website was built in WordPress and your setup fee is paid in full, you can take the site with you.
